After Sales Service
This section is here to guide you in the rare event that something happens to your cherished device. How many years have you been using your Soken Medical device? It has now been 40 years since we first began introducing our products to the world.
Consider the everyday technology around us:
-
Smartphones: Battery life often begins to decline after just 2 to 3 years.
-
Home Appliances & Audio Equipment: Malfunctions frequently arise within 5 to 10 years.
-
Automobiles: Even with rigorous inspections every 2 or 3 years, keeping a car for over a decade is becoming less common.
Yet, thanks to the incredible care our customers show them, many of our magnetic therapy devices are still working beautifully even after 10 or more years of daily use.
However, as the years pass, it is only natural for components to experience wear and tear. If your trusted device ever requires attention, please use the information below to guide you. We are always here to help.
All repair inquiries and services are managed directly by our Headquarters. Please tap the button below to call us.

Troubleshooting: First Steps to Check Before Requesting a Repair
1. Test the Magnetic Output First
Please use the included tester to check if magnetism is being emitted.
-
How to test: Bring the tester close to the device. If magnetism is active, you will hear a rattling sound as the magnet inside the tester moves.
2. Step-by-Step Checklist
If no magnetism is detected, please check the following points in order.
💡 If you are unable to perform these checks yourself, please contact the retailer where you purchased your device first.
-
Are the main unit and the timer cords securely connected?
-
Note for "Soken Relax" users: The connection between the main unit and the timer can loosen over time with regular use. This is frequently mistaken for a device malfunction.
-
-
Is the power plug securely inserted into the wall outlet?
-
Try unplugging it and firmly plugging it back in.
-
-
Has the safety thermostat been activated?
-
Prolonged continuous use may trigger the built-in thermostat to automatically shut off the device for safety. Please wait 1 to 2 hours for the temperature to cool down, then try turning the switch back on.
-
-
Are you using multiple units?
-
If all connected therapy devices stop emitting magnetism simultaneously, the issue is likely with the Cycle Timer or Mag Switch. Please unplug the therapy device and test it individually to see if it operates on its own.
-
▼ If you have verified all of the above and the device still does not operate, a malfunction may have occurred.
⚠️ Safety Warning: When to Request Repair or Inspection
For your safety, please immediately stop using the device and send it in for inspection or repair if you notice any of the following signs:
-
The power cord appears frayed or broken.
-
The base/root of the power cord has discolored.
-
Any part of the therapy device or timer is cracked or damaged.
-
The main unit, cord, or timer becomes abnormally hot to the touch.
